- Tower Crane Group :
- Sales and marketing of POTAIN Tower Cranes, which is part of Manitowoc Crane Group and STROS Construction Hoists, is being managed from the İstanbul headquarters and in terms of market share Tekno has a dominant position in tower crane sales since the early 90’s.
- Apart from sales of new and second hand tower cranes this department also manages the
 Rental Services with the largest tower crane and construction hoist fleet in Turkey.

- Asphalt Group :
- Tekno has started the sales and marketing of the asphalt production plants in 1991 with the representation of an Italian manufacturer. An agreement was reached with BENNINGHOVEN / Germany in 1997 that has enabled Tekno to introduce the most efficient and advanced asphalt plants to the Turkish Asphalt Contracting / Production community.
- Today Tekno, serves in every branch of the asphalt sector including; brand new or second hand asphalt plants sales, revision and automation of the used plants, manufacturing of various plant components. This department is being managed from Tekno Ankara branch Office.

- Environmental Products Group :
- Tekno has been representing Italian Maccaferri Group’s large product range for sales, marketing, project design and application activities in Turkey since 1987.
- Gabions, gabion mattresses, rock fall netting, geotextile, geogrid, drainage composite products and other geosynthetic materials are widely used at infrastructure projects in the construction sector.

- Anadolu Flygt Pompa Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a group company, independent of Tekno sales organisation, established in 1991 as a joint venture with the largest pump manufacturer in the world, ITT Flygt AB, part of the ITT Group, USA.
- Anadolu Flygt is the reference company in Turkey with; sales and marketing, project design, application, manufacturing and after sales departments for the products in it’s company portfolio like; submersible sewage, drainage and irrigation pumps, diffusers, aeration and various equipment and components for waste water treatment plants.
